Laura Young

Planner (AssocRTPI)

Laura is a planning assistant at Spawforths, currently working towards chartered membership of the RTPI. With experience in both the UK and Australia, she assists our associates on our larger scale sites such as industrial and commercial schemes and major mixed used developments. Laura has undertaken work for a range of clients and works across both our residential and commercial teams. She deals with a variety of planning matters including site appraisals, pre-applications, planning support statements, as well as complex reserved matters, commercial changes of use, enabling works and condition discharges to name a few, and is capable of managing elements of projects and liaising with the Local Authority and wider project team.
