Gavin is an Associate Director at Spawforths with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors, joining Spawforths in 2003. He is involved in all aspects of the planning process including undertaking appraisals, submission and negotiation of planning applications, public engagement and negotiation of S106 agreements.  Gavin provides professional advice to a broad selection of commercial clients and manages a varied portfolio of projects dealing with a range of planning issues, including the project management, coordination and negotiation of major development schemes, involving coordinating Environmental Impact Assessments for large scale mixed use developments, industrial schemes and urban extensions across a range of sectors including .residential, leisure, retail and mixed uses.
