Barratt David Wilson Homes will shortly be submitting a Hybrid Planning Application for a proposed residential development of up to 640 homes on the land at Washington Meadows. The proposed scheme creates an extension of Washington in a sustainable residential area. The development will deliver much needed housing to serve the district and bring significant additional benefits to both the existing and new residents of Washington.

The proposed scheme creates an extension of Pickering in a sustainable residential area. The development covers about 5 hectares and with Keyland’s Six Capitals approach can deliver significant additional benefits to both the existing and new residents.
