Senior Associate: Chartered Town Planner

Jenny is a Senior Associate and Chartered Town Planner at Spawforths, where she leads on Spawforths’ EIA activities.  She has experience in both the public and private sector, having joined Spawforths in 2005 following three years as a Development Control Officer at Leeds City Council. 

Jenny’s specialist experience is as an environmental assessment co-ordinator and project manager for large scale and strategic projects including logistics and distribution, mixed use urban extensions, housing, motorway service areas, infrastructure and renewable energy.  This involves co-ordinating the wider consultant team and the preparation of environmental statements and planning applications for submission, before progressing them through the process to determination.  She also advises a wide range of public and private sector clients on a variety of planning and environmental matters.
