  At the heart of our business is the largest independent planning consultancy in the north employing a large team of chartered town planners with expertise in local plans, development control, appeals and environmental assessments.
  
  
• Masterplanning
  Sitting alongside our planners is a dedicated masterplanning team, all of which have post graduate degrees in urban design with dual qualifications in related disciplines such as architecture.
  
  
• Architecture
  Employing only chartered architects with membership of both ARB and the RIBA, our architects regularly ensure that our outline planning proposals are deliverable as well as delivering high quality and innovative one-off buildings.
  
  
• Consultation
  We have a dedicated in-house team of community consultation professionals who are familiar with the challenges and opportunities associated with trying to deliver large scale development projects within or adjacent to established communities.
  
  
• Project Management
  For large and/or complex projects, we often provide a full or partial project management service to our clients, assisting with the appointment and management of other consultants and managing the project programme and deliverables.
