Dawn is a Chartered Architect, Associate Town Planner and Design Director at Spawforths with over 21 years’ experience in delivering architecture and construction services to public and private sector clients. Dawn leads the architecture team at Spawforths on a wide range of residential and commercial developments and specialises in all scales of housing delivery including both custom-build and self-build.  Dawn has extensive experience of taking architectural projects from conception to completion. 

Dawn has a proven track record as an experienced manager of people and resources with an ability to achieve goals in a cost effective and efficient manner.   Through her natural communication skills, experience and entrepreneurial approach she has a proven track record for delivering creative, sustainable and innovative design solutions to a portfolio of projects ranging from minor refurbishments to multi million pound mixed use developments.
