Hannah Richardson

Planning Director: Chartered Town Planner

Hannah is an Associate Director, Chartered Town Planner and part of the Senior Management Team, leading the Development Management Team at Spawforths.  She provides professional advice to a wide range of clients which include developers, landowners and major housebuilders.

With over 20 years’ experience, both in the public and private sector, Hannah has extensive experience of employment and logistics projects as well as regeneration/renewal schemes. Her specialisms include project management of large scale projects including the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications, appeals and environmental statements.
