Thornesgate Foundations are going in!

Spawforths, on behalf of Stretton Estates (Wakefield) Ltd, have secured full planning permission for 334 dwellings on the former Wakefield B Power Station site at Wakefield, now recognised as Heathlands at City Fields. Appeal success on Kirklees Urban Greenspace
