Development secured at Stoke-on-Trent Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone

On behalf of Network Space, we’ve secured 128,000ft² of flexible employment floorspace within the Stoke-on-Trent Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone. The permission includes detailed proposals for phase one of Network Space’s site at Tunstall Arrow, in Stoke-on-Trent.

The application provides a market facing scheme with Q-railing, an innovator of high quality railing and balustrade systems, announced as the first occupier to the site. This proposal represents an important scheme which will bring forward new jobs and investment, reinforcing the commitment from Network Space to deliver new employment floorspace within the Enterprise Zone.
