Capitol Park, Junction 28 M62, Leeds

Following the sucessful promotion of this Green Belt site at Tingley Common, Leeds, by Spawforths, the site is now an allocated Employment site in the Leeds Sites and Allocations Plan, which was adopted on 10 July 2019. The site extends to 26.8 hectares.

Spawforths, on behalf of Sterling Capitol Ltd, are preparing a planning application and supporting Environment Assessment, in order to obtain planning permission for a major employment development. This will extend and build on the success of the existing Capitol Park development as a quality regional business park at J28 of the M1 Motorway.
