Kingston Village, Newcastle

The Spawforths Masterplanners prepared a Masterplan Framework and Design Code for the site which included the outline planning application Design and Access Statement. This document outlined the development concept and how this shaped the land use disposition, movement framework and how a successful place would be created. The document also outlined the site-wide and neighbourhood elements of the Design Code, aiming to give Newcastle City Council confidence to support the document whilst allowing flexibility within delivery to suit the aspirations of the client.
