Welcome to Kate, Lee and Stephen!
Spawforths are excited to welcome three new professionals to our growing team!
- Kate Goodwin - Planning Assistant
- Lee Wren - Architectural Project Lead.
- Stephen Ziegler-Jones - Associate Architect
They have all started work over the last month and are settling in well. They have been recruited as part of our strategic growth plans, which aim to provide our existing and new clients with a continuing high quality of service.
Kate Goodwin
Kate is an experienced Planning Assistant currently working towards chartered membership of the RTPI. With over five years’ experience in planning consultancy in Central London, Kate now assists the Spawforths team on wide range of planning matters including preparing applications and supporting statements; writing letters of representation and inputting into planning appeals; and managing elements of projects.
Lee Wren
Lee is a post part II project leader with over 15 years’ experience in a wide range of project types from conception to completion. His last project was for a new Ikea store in Nottingham. He will be working in our residential team on a variety of housing projects.
Stephen Ziegler-Jones
Stephen is a focused and experienced Associate Architect with 14 years’ experience and a wide knowledge of design and sustainability issues within the Education, Leisure, Commercial, Residential and Student Living sectors. Stephen will also be working within our residential team.
