Spawforths instructed as masterplanners and planners for the Leeds City Region's largest urban extension of 4000 new homes

Building on our recent successes as planners and masterplanners for a number of large urban extensions across the region, Spawforths have been confirmed as masterplanners, planners and engagement consultants for what is believed to be the largest urban extension in the Leeds City Region.

The £1 Billion scheme will deliver in the region of 4,000 new homes across a range of tenures and types and provide a major regeneration catalyst in an area that has suffered in recent years from a lack of significant private sector investment.  New schools, community facilities and major highway infrastructure are all planned as part of the investment and the development and design team are currently finalising the details of a comprehensive engagement plan which will commence with the local community later in the spring.
