Planning Success for Employment Units, Wakefield

Spawforths are pleased to announce that planning consent for 97,750sqft of Employment Uses at the Green Lane Industrial Estate, Featherstone has recently been approved.

Acting for Hanson Garages, our architecture team led the planning applications with support from our planning team and secures full consent for 32,750sqft B2/B8 use over 4no. units; 1 of which is to be retained for use by the applicant.

Outline consent for a further 65,000sqft B2/B8 Use over 6no. units was also granted at the same time by Wakefield Council. 

Spawforths project managed both applications and look forward to moving to the implementation phases in due course.
