Planning Submission for New Mixed Use Scheme, North Northallerton

To support the delivery of the NNDA Masterplan vision and secure an integrated, distinctive and well-designed new community, Hambleton District Council requested a Masterplan Parameters and Design Principles document for the North Northallerton Development Area “to support the delivery of the NNDA masterplan vision and secure an integrated, distinctive and well-designed new community”.

Spawforths were instructed by Mulberry Homes Yorkshire Ltd, Persimmon Homes Yorkshire and Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire to prepare a Design and Access Statement explaining the evolution of the original Masterplan Framework 2011, illustrating those Design Parameters and Design Principles which have informed the design process and justifying the application in the context of relevant planning policy and other identified planning considerations.
