Planning Permission for Mere Grange, St Helens
Spawforths has great pleasure in announcing that planning permission has been granted in hybrid at Mere Grange, St Helens.
The proposals include development of employment uses (B1(c), B2, B8) comprising 90,250 sqft in full and a further 60,000 sqft in outline, alongside outline permission for up to 120 dwellings. Spawforths led the planning process on behalf of our client Network Space.
This proposal represents an important scheme to bring forward new jobs and investment to meet the needs of St Helens and the wider region and outlines the commitment of our client to deliver new floorspace. The scheme will also provide quality family housing to serve the town.
