New Visitor Centre and Community Facility at Newmillerdam

Spawforths' architecture team have secured planning permission and building regulations approval for a new visitor centre and community facility located at Newmillerdam. The project involves the renovation of the last remaining gate lodge and the construction of a new visitor centre to create a much needed community resource. The development will also provide educational facilities for the students of Pennine Camphill Community Trust and help them gain valuable work experience. Spawforths were able to demonstrate Very Special Circumstances for development within the Green Belt adjacent to a designated ancient woodland
