National RTPI Award Winners!
Spawforths are extremely proud to have won the National RTPI Award for Planning Excellence for the Natural Environment for Leeds Skelton Lakes Motorway Service Area scheme at Junction 45 of the M1.
We are proud to have been the lead planning consultant on this scheme for our excellent client, Extra MSA. Spawforths provided Planning, Masterplanning, EIA Co-ordination and LVIA services along with an excellent team of technicalarchitecture and technical team.
This success follows on from Leeds Skelton Lake Services winning the RTPI Regional Planning Excellence Award earlier this year. A well-deserved double-win for the Client and Team. Well done to all those involved with such a great scheme!
