Leeds City Council fail to overturn Boston Spa Appeal Decision

Leeds City Council’s application to overturn the Boston Spa appeal decision at the High Court has been dismissed. Spawforths won a landmark appeal for this site in 2015 by demonstrating that the policy framework was out of date and that Leeds could not demonstrate a 5 year land supply. This High Court decision in favour of our Clients, Miller Homes, is the latest twist in this on-going saga.
