Leeds City Centre scheme receives unanimous approval
The Store House, at the former House of Fraser site in Leeds City Centre, recieved approval at Committee yesterday.
The scheme will provide over 3000sqm of flexible use retail space at basement and ground floor level with floors one to nine dedicated to 369 purpose-built student accommodation beds. There will also be thoughtfully designed and high quality amenity spaces accommodating a variety of uses including working & study space, wellness suite, lounge and recreation areas, screening room and private dining with roof terrace.
