Spawforths are delighted to announce Hannah Richardson’s promotion to Associate Director, our first in nearly 14 years! The promotion follows 22 months of hard work on our Senior Management Training scheme and is considered a very high accolade here at Spawforths. It is also a true reflection of Hannah’s commitment to our clients and the business throughout her career, and particularly over the last unusual and challenging year.
Hannah started with Spawforths in 2007 as a Senior Planner and now heads up our Development Management team. She is responsible for leading all our commercial planning opportunities whilst also working closely with Stephen Courcier who leads our residential planning work. She has been a key player on some our largest sites, including Carrington in the North West, as well as managing a portfolio of some Spawforths’ longest standing clients. Hannah is also a passionate member of Women in Property, where she has been a recent past Chair.
I am sure you will join us in wishing Hannah a very happy lockdown celebration! We look forward to raising a glass to her in person, later in the year!
