Broomfield Farm, Whitby

Spawforths are pleased to announce we have secured planning permission (subject to completion of the S106 Agreement) on behalf of Keyland Developments Ltd for up to 290 dwellings at Broomfield Farm, Whitby.   Part of the scheme is proposed to come forward for a highly innovative self and custom build development.  The Proposed Development embeds Keyland’s Six Capitals model of sustainability, which seeks to place greater emphasis on delivering wider sustainability benefits.   Thank you to Beth McQue at Keyland, the project team, and Scarborough Council for their hard work and dedication getting the planning application across the line.
