Bridge Homes Starting on Site - Flanshaw, Wakefield
Our project at Flanshaw for Bridge Homes is starting on site. Spawforths' design team have worked on behalf of the client to deliver planning, architectural and landscape services for the 55 unit scheme.
The project received permission in July with all pre commencement requirements negotiated during the application process thus allowing a swift start.
The scheme delivers a mix of for sale and affordable properties and includes a community village green for the use of residents and is Bridge Homes fourth project in the Wakefield area.
Jack Lunn Limited will be the contractor for this project.
