Andy Rose - Promotion to Associate Director
Spawforths are delighted to announce Andy Rose’s promotion to Associate Director. Andy is our second employee to be promoted on our Senior Management Training scheme, after almost two years of hard work. He has broadened and developed his management skills whilst on the program, and our Land Promotion and Architecture teams now look to him for leadership and guidance on our larger strategic projects.
Andy started with Spawforths in 2006 as a Planner and is now responsible for leading the Land Promotion Team. He has a true passion and a formidable track record for promoting sites through the planning system. He also works closely with Ian Catherall and David Kemp to ensure we provide a cohesive and holistic multidisciplinary service to our clients.
Andy is well known for his diligence and meticulous approach and manages a wide portfolio of projects for residential clients such as Keyland, Taylor Wimpey, Avant Homes and Barratt David Wilson. Please join us in wishing Andy a very happy (almost at the end of this bit of lockdown) celebration! We will be raising a glass to him in person as soon as we safely can!
