Spawforths are employed as architects by Bridge Homes LLP (a WDH and WMDC joint venture) and have developed a range of house types including later living apartments schemes that are now being developed in Wakefield. Each apartment is designed to meet the needs of older occupiers as their assistance and mobility requirements change during the life of their occupancy.
