Spen Lane 50 New Homes

This is the first project for Space Homes using our house type designs for this client.

Spawforths Architect’s gained planning permission for this 50 unit scheme following considerable negotiation with the local authority. The layout retains the protected trees on site within the development whilst providing a market facing scheme which met the requirements of the client. The project is currently on site and is due for completion December 2019.
