Having previously undertaken theoretical studies to design a range of market facing housetypes that would suit modular principles and allow for transportation, Spawforths assisted Legal & General Modular Homes with the technical design and implementation of their first prototype volumetric homes using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) technology. These were the first of their kind in the UK.
