Spawforths designed this site as part of their third commission for Bridge Homes. The layout provides a range of traditional homes around a 'Green' concept and continues the design aeasthetic developed as part of the client's brand on previous sites. 

Spawforths provided Planning, Architectural and Landscape services on this project and were novated to the Contractor for the on site works..
