Following the decision to take a lease on a new high quality town centre office building, Spawforths were appointed by the University of Bolton to prepare proposals for the conversion to a new business school. Spawforths project managed and acted as Contract Administrator for the fast-track fit-out contract which was undertaken in less than seven weeks.
