North Yorkshire Call for Sites Reopened

North Yorkshire Council has reopened its Call for Sites and is inviting landowners, developers, site promoters and other interested parties to submit sites for consideration as part of the emerging Local Plan, which will help shape development across the region up to 2045.

With consultation now reopened for a limited 6-week period, interested parties are encouraged to submit any potential sites now to ensure they can be considered as part of the emerging Local Plan process.

Deadline for submission: 22nd June 2026
