Brayton Care Home Scheme Submitted

Spawforths are delighted to have submitted another full planning application on behalf of our valued clients, Torsion Care. The proposal is for a brand-new, purpose-built 72-bed care home in Brayton, Selby. It will meet the growing need for high-quality, modern care provision in the region. The scheme marks an important milestone in ensuring that future residents enjoy safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed accommodation. It also supports the wellbeing of residents and strengthens the local community.
