As part of a wider commission to promote our client’s land holdings through the local plan to secure a residential allocation, Spawforths were retained to provide architectural services for the redevelopment of the client’s farm house building and coach house.

This attractive redevelopment proposal also proposes several new bespoke residential units that reinterperate the barn aesthetic. This development will provide a high quality gateway to the wider residential site.
