Chesterfield Call for Sites
Chesterfield Borough Council has launched a new Call for Sites as part of the preparation of its emerging Local Plan, which will guide growth and development across the borough under the new plan-making system.
Landowners, developers, site promoters and other interested parties are encouraged to submit sites for consideration across a range of land uses. The Council is also seeking views through its Scoping Consultation to help shape the priorities and direction of the new Local Plan.
Deadline for submissions and consultation responses: 12th July 2026.
