Daniel Kinghorn looks forward attending his first UKREiiF alongside David Rolinson, Hannah Richardson, and Andrew Rose:

“I am excited to be attending my first UKREiiF – especially as it is hosted in my home city, and the place where I have worked for the majority of my career. Leeds is growing at an almost unprecedented rate and retains its optimism, resilience and capability to deliver development at scale even with seemingly unrelenting global economic headwinds.

As an urban designer and architect and leading the Spawforths masterplanning team, attending UKREiiF a stones throw from one of the New Town locations, and a very urban new town at that, is a great showcase for what inner urban and inner city development has to contribute to national growth and prosperity when considered in a whole, masterplanned way.

I am very much looking forward to meeting with colleagues and contacts old and new. I still enjoy the ‘chat over a coffee’ of in person meetings versus the ‘am I on mute’ of virtual meetings, so to be part of the largest property gathering in the UK is a great opportunity to have lots of great conversations!
