Our Spring Peer Recognition Award Winner!
We’re delighted to announce that this quarter’s Peer Recognition Award goes to Lucy Brown.
Lucy received several nominations from colleagues recognising the positive impact she has made since joining us in May. She has consistently gone above and beyond her role as a Graduate Planner, always quick to offer project support, incredibly efficient in her work, and bringing a great attitude to everything she does.
She has also adapted brilliantly to her new team, quickly becoming a valued member of the group. Her commitment and positive contribution have clearly been recognised and this award is very well deserved.
A heartfelt congratulations as well to our fantastic nominees Jacob Parker-Henry, Stephen Courcier, Elissa Harte and Daniel Kinghorn, who have all made valuable contributions and should be proud of the recognition from their colleagues.
Our Peer Recognition scheme gives everyone at Spawforths the chance to celebrate the everyday contributions that make our team stronger. We’re already looking forward to seeing who will be recognised next time!
