Spawforths were proud to attend the Leeds Architecture Awards 2025 at the Howard Assembly Room. The event celebrated the very best of design and architecture across the city. It highlighted creativity, innovation, and high-quality placemaking.

Our very own Daniel Kinghorn had the pleasure of presenting the Sustainability Award to Cowper Griffith Architects LLP for their outstanding project, Calverley Old Hall. This award recognises achievements in sustainable design. It celebrates energy efficiency, environmentally sensitive materials, and thoughtful integration into the local context. It was inspiring to see such strong commitment to sustainability across the entries.
