Spawforths are delighted to announce a number of promotions! Supporting the continued growth of our employee owned trust, internal promotions recognise the hard work and dedication of our team.

Within our development management team:

Stephen Courcier has been promoted to Associate Director, and,

Patrick Stone has been promoted to Senior Planner.

Both Stephen and Patrick bring a significant depth of expertise to our development management projects, and manage highly complex projects on behalf of our clients. Their promotion reflects their continued success delivering many high profile projects.

 

Within our architecture team:

Simon Brook has been promoted to Senior Associate

Simon leads our commercial architecture team and works with clients not only to deliver buildings, but to develop their built environment project models and assist in identifying opportunities for growth and development.

 

Within our Masterplanning and Urbanism team:

Niall Carroll has been promoted to Assistant Masterplanner

Reflecting Niall’s wide ranging contributions to both masterplanning, land promotion and business support functions in his short time at Spawforths.

 

And within our finance team:
Helen Booth to Associate Director
Helen ensures our business functions are well managed and run smoothly, and this promotion recognises the hard work and dedication she shows to the Spawforths team.

Together, they all bring a wealth of design, planning and financial experience to the team.

The promotions follow a series of recruitment’s over the last few months in our first year as an Employee Owned Trust, a strategic decision highlighting our commitment to future growth.
