Cheadle Eco Business Park has secured £4.4 million of funding through the Government Town Fund ensuring that the scheme targets BREEAM Outstanding, emerging Net Zero Carbon in construction accreditation from the UK Green Building Council and incorporating over 700% onsite biodiversity net gain.
Spawforths were responsible for securing full planning permission via unanimous committee approval for 115,000sqft of multi-unit development which will provide a flexible range of light industrial space (B2, B8 and E(g)(ii)(iii)), delivered across six units ranging from 40,000sqft to 10,000sqft.
Spawforths, working closely with the Council are now discharging the pre-commencement planning conditions to ensure delivery on site can commence next year.
