North East Lincolnshire Preferred Options Local Plan Consultation
North East Lincolnshire Council has now launched its Preferred Options Local Plan Consultation. This follows a revisit of the Draft Plan and Options consultation held in early 2024, prompted by significant changes to the National Planning Policy Framework and the Government’s updated approach to calculating housing need through the Standard Method.
This marks a key stage in shaping the future growth of the district, with the consultation now open until 1 February 2026.
