Mid-Year Promotions at Spawforths

As part of the continued growth of our Employee Owned Trust, Spawforths are delighted to announce three mid-year promotions!

Helen Booth has been promoted to Director (Finance)
Helen oversees all financial aspects of the company, sits on the Board, and serves as a Trustee of the Spawforths Employee Ownership Trust. With over 30 years of experience in finance, Helen plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring its smooth operation.

Jenny Ray has been promoted to Associate Director
With over 20 years of experience, specialising in Environmental Impact Assessments, Jenny leads our EIA projects, expertly guiding clients through environmental and planning complexities. Her ability to manage teams, coordinate with local authorities, and deliver successful outcomes ensures projects run efficiently and meet all regulatory requirements.

Elissa Harte has been promoted to Architect
For the past four years, Elissa has worked at Spawforths while working on the RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture, which she successfully completed this August. With a background in both Architecture and Planning, she’s passionate about creating sustainable, healthy places, with a special interest in homes and spaces that bring communities together.
