As part of the continued growth of our Employee Owned Trust, Spawforths proudly announces three mid-year promotions. These promotions demonstrate our ongoing investment in people and, importantly, the collaborative culture at the heart of our Employee Ownership model.

Helen Booth – Director (Finance)

Helen Booth has been promoted to Director (Finance). She manages all financial aspects of the company, sits on the Board, and also serves as a Trustee of the Spawforths Employee Ownership Trust. With over 30 years of experience in finance, Helen drives the company’s strategic direction. In addition, she oversees day-to-day operations while steering long-term business growth and sustainability.

Jenny Ray – Associate Director

Jenny Ray has been promoted to Associate Director. Over the past four years at Spawforths, she successfully completed the RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture. With a strong background in both architecture and planning, Elissa designs sustainable, healthy places. In particular, she focuses on homes and community spaces that bring people together and enhance the built environment.

Elissa Harte – Architect

Elissa Harte has been promoted to Architect. Over the past four years at Spawforths, she completed the RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture. With a strong background in both architecture and planning, Elissa designs sustainable, healthy places. She focuses on homes and community spaces that bring people together and enhance the built environment.
