Successful Community Consultation Event in Wakefield
On the 20th April Spawforths held their third Exhibition with Bridge Homes LLP. The event took place at Standbridge Community Centre where the Spawforths team updated the local community on the proposed residential development of 44 dwelling on the land off Standbridge Lane.
Over 1000 flyers were delivered to local resident’s neighbouring the site, inviting them to the drop in exhibition. Both Spawforths and the Bridge Homes team were on hand to discuss any issues or concerns residents may have had. The scheme was well received and the team would like to thank all that attend and engaged in the process.
The planning application for the site will be submitted this summer to Wakefield Metropolitan District Council
