Festive Networking

We spent December embracing the festive spirit and strengthening our professional connections at two brilliant events in Leeds 🎄

First, Christopher Anderson, Lucy Brown, Niall Carroll, Patrick Stone, and Sabrina Soar joined the Royal Town Planning Institute Yorkshire Young Planners for a Social & Christmas Quiz at the iconic The Tetley. A fantastic evening of quizzing, catching up with peers, and meeting emerging talent from across the area. Well done to Patrick who was part of the winning team!

Then, Elissa Harte, Lucy Brown, and Sabrina Soar attended the annual Women in Property Christmas Cocktail Party at Harvey Nichols. This was a great chance to connect with colleagues and clients and build relationships in a relaxed, festive atmosphere.

“Back in 2018 the Spawforths owner-managers and I had to confront the reality that we were not getting any younger and would soon all be in our 60s. What followed was the decision to start to recruit a much younger next generation of professionals who could bring the energy and new ideas in the years to come that are essential to any business that wants to expand and remain relevant. It’s therefore wonderful to see the growing Spawforths team attending events such as the the RTPI Christmas Quiz and building new relationships and networks with the region’s next generation of professionals and leaders. It just doesn’t see like 30 years since David Rolinson and I were doing the same thing. How time flies! Well done team 🙂”
