Loughborough Town Centre Masterplan Update

Spawforths urban design team are supporting Charnwood Borough Council and Aspinall Verdi to undertake an update of the Loughborough Town Centre Masterplan to ensure that the document reflects recent economic and place based changes. The masterplan serves as a reference point to determine objectives for town centre regeneration within Loughborough so as to ensure it remains vibrant and economically successful into the future.

A public consultation is being undertaken in two ways. An in person consultation will take place in Loughborough market on Thursday 6th November where members of Charnwood Council and representatives of both Aspinall Verdi and Spawforths will be available to discuss your thoughts and ideas. For those unable to attend in person, an online consultation is ongoing and can be found below. (Please note that the in person consultation may change location depending on weather.
