Spawforths are delighted to announce a number of promotions!

Spawforths are delighted to announce several internal promotions. These recognise the hard work and dedication of our team and support the continued growth of our Employee Owned Trust.

Development Management Team

Stephen Courcier has been promoted to Associate Director, and Patrick Stone has been promoted to Senior Planner. Both bring deep expertise to our development management projects. They lead highly complex projects for our clients and consistently deliver high-profile results.

Architecture Team

Simon Brook has been promoted to Senior Associate. He leads our commercial architecture team and collaborates with clients to deliver buildings, develop built environment project models, and identify growth opportunities.

Masterplanning and Urbanism Team

Niall Carroll has been promoted to Assistant Masterplanner. He contributes across masterplanning, land promotion, and our social media team, making a significant impact in his short time at Spawforths.

Finance Team

Helen Booth has been promoted to Associate Director. She manages the business efficiently and ensures smooth operations. Her promotion recognises her dedication and commitment to the team.

Together, these colleagues bring extensive design, planning, and financial expertise to Spawforths. Their promotions follow a series of strategic recruitments over the last few months in our first year as an Employee Owned Trust. This reflects our commitment to future growth and developing a strong, capable team.
